Vintage Burgundy Painted Folk Art Wood Corner Shelf, Circa 1940s. The triangulated, four-tier corner shelf is constructed from pine with cutout details on each level. The mini top shelf is mounted above a stepped sawtooth edge leading into a clover-like detail mirrored on both sides. The lower shelves feature circular variations of triangular cutouts. Painted burgundy later in life, the backside and areas throughout reveal a layer of earlier blue paint. Unsigned.
