RETURNS / EXCHANGES

It is our mission to provide accurate details, specifications and photographs of our vintage and antique items.

Due to the nature and quality of our pieces, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. 

Please feel free to contact us at info@portmanteaunewyork.com if you are interested in having items shipped.

Insurance and tracking are not available for most international shipments and any additional customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Keep in mind there could be a potential delay in delivery if the item is held at customs at the country of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if an item is lost or damaged in transit internationally. 
We cannot accept exchanges or returns for internationally-bound items.
