Vintage Painted Decoupage Masking Tape Glove Box, Mid 20th Century. The base of this rectangular box is a simple wood frame. The maker cleverly chose to cover it with geometric cuts of masking tape followed by a brush application of rouge dye or stain on surface. The interior is left in its natural state. A small notched knob is affixed to the lid. Unsigned.

Condition: Great vintage condition, surface variation and discoloration throughout (as pictured), wear commensurate with age and use. A few small areas of tape lifting.
