Vintage Mounted Wasp Nest Shadow Box with Panoramic Graduate Photo, Circa 1960s. Behind a rather imposing natural wasp’s nest, the diorama invites the viewer into a panoramic snapshot of a graduating class seated in their regalia. Likely a personal project commemorating graduation, this 3-D memento is made from a wood box, covered in abstract, pastel wallpaper with a glass panel closing off the scene. We’d love to understand the story here. Unsigned.
