Vintage Folk Art Contracted Finish Wall Pocket, Circa 1930s-40s. Fully constructed from wood, the paddle-like backboard is affixed to an angled pocket with mini metal nails. The contracted finish of the teal paint layer was added later in life over a silver base (likely radiator paint). A small cutout was added for easy hanging. Unsigned.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition, surface variation throughout with minor wear commensurate with age and use (as pictured)
