Vintage Japanese Bamboo and Netting Collapsible Basket, Circa 1940s. Accordion style framework made of split bamboo connected with two hinges at either side complete with a black fishnet. includes a leather snap on the handle to lock the framework in position. Folds completely flat. Perfect as a purse or foraging basket.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition, one small tear to netting on underside of basket. Does not affect stability of the piece.
