Vintage Italian Split Reed Rolling Waste Basket / Planter by Dept 56, Made in Italy, Circa 1970s. Steam-bent pencil reed stacked into a cylindrical basket finished with a wooden base and casters. Great for use as a wastebasket or planter. Base includes a hole for drainage. In the style of Gabriella Crespi. Stamped “Made in Italy for 56” on the base.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition, light wear commensurate with age and use. Some light abrasions to the reed (as pictured)
