Antique French Art Nouveau Alice & Eugene Louis Chanal Pewter Box, Circa 1910s. Hand-applied Art Nouveau floral designs using repoussé and chased techniques to create the magnificent swirling effect on the lid of the box. Great for jewelry or keepsake storage. Embossed “AE Chanal” on the lid and stamped “A.E. Chanal” on the underside of the base.
Condition: Excellent antique condition, light surface variation and wear commensurate with age and use (as pictured).
