Vintage Stamped Brass + British Copper Coin Belts, Circa 1960s-70s
Vintage Stamped Brass Coin Belt, Circa 1970s. The stamped brass coin belt is designed to resemble gold coins. Names on each coin include Elizabeth II, Napoleon, and Balboa. Four small coins dangle from each larger linked medallion, creating noise with movement. The clasp is stamped West Germany. Unbranded.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition, light areas of finish variation present. One center dangle of coins missing, from the medallion closest to the end of the belt (barely visible).
Vintage British Copper Coin Belt, Circa 1960s. Fashioned from genuine 1950s and 1960s British copper half pennies, with a young Elizabeth II on the face, and the Golden Hind ship on the reverse. Copper jump rings connect each coin, with a minimal clasp closure. A handmade piece, this belt is unsigned / unbranded.
