Vintage Postmodern Multicolor Painted Wood Storage Box, Circa 1980s. This bold and playful lidded box is crafted of pine, raised on four yellow painted wood orb feet with a matching pull. The inverted trapezoidal body is hand-painted with a crosshatch design rendered in denim blue and teal. The yellow is mimicked on the full interior of the box. Signed on the base.
Condition: Great vintage condition, presents surface variations throughout with light loss to the paint along the edge of the lid (as pictured). Some discoloration and markings on the interior, all commensurate with age and use.
