Antique Folk Art Three-Tier Spool Corner Shelf, Circa Early 20th Century. Unique three-tiered corner shelf, the framework is made of up-cycled materials. Wood spools joined together with twine, are employed as vertical and horizontal support structures with quarter cuts of pine for the shelves. Each shelf is lined with split spools along the outer edge. Unsigned.
Condition: Great antique condition, surface variation present throughout with wear commensurate with age and use, missing two spools from the top shelf as detailed in images. Movement of some spools is present, but does not affect the stability or function.
