Vintage Gothic Revival Painted Wood Tabouret / Side Table with Coated Canvas Top, Circa 1920s. Constructed from oak with a hexagonal top supported by six legs with arched cutout detailing. This piece was modified after its production with the addition of a black coated canvas top, and brass banding with nail head detailing. The surface was also painted in taupe with navy added to highlight the cutouts and as banding along the edges. Unbranded.
Condition: Great vintage condition. Areas of wear and spotting to painted surface as detailed in images. The coated canvas top shows signs of wear with finish loss and corner rubbing.
