Vintage Ted Lapidus Demi-Couture Velvet Corded Blazer, Circa 1970s. Lapidus joined the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture Parisienne in 1963. His expert tailoring is fully on display with this gem-tone beauty. The strong, tucked shoulder gives way to a bracelet sleeve. The lapel and shoulder details are piped in black cording. One simple button closure at the waist. Fully lined. Original labels intact.
