Antique Victorian Mini Velvet Box, Circa Late 19th Century. Adorable relic from the Victorian-era, miniature book box made of cardstock, fully covered in a warm brown velvet (started life as deep purple that faded over time). Decorated with a paper decal of a hand holding a bouquet of flowers on the face of the book, noting “To one I love.” Includes a miniature printed portrait of a woman on the interior left cover. Hollow interior perfect for a small keepsake or jewelry storage.

Condition: Great antique condition, shows sings of wear expected with age and use. Particularly to the velvet covering and the decal. The interior foil divider base has some wear, as pictured.
