Vintage Black and Brass Articulating Desk Lamp Attributed to Gerald Thurston for Lightolier, Circa 1960s. Space age design with a black saucer / dome shade complete with a convex plastic diffuser (attaches to bulb). Elegant brass shaft and angled arm. Fully articulating vertically and horizontally along axis for directional lighting with added mobility on the shade. The circular black metal base mirrors the design of the head. Unlabeled.
Condition: Great vintage condition, presents well with a few light scratches and very minimal dents to the base and head (as detailed in photos).
Specs: Full upright height 26 3/4”, 21 1/2” depth at 90 degree angle, 12 3/4” diameter of head, 6 1:4” base diameter.
