Vintage Folk Art Hand-Carved Female Nude, Circa 1960s. This naive carving is formed from a singular piece of wood, affixed to a minimal platform base. The subject is a female nude with her arms folded behind her neck, as if in the midst of bathing. Signed “ISA” on the underside of the base.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition with minimal surface wear. Areas of water-staining toward the base, as pictured.
