Antique Hand-Colored Mediterranean Group Photo, Circa Early 20th Century. Six people posed outside of a stucco residence with a group of four in the the doorway, and two atop the central balcony. Closer inspection of this piece reveals interesting details. One man’s hat is on the ground on the right of the image, a central figure stands in the open doorway, almost completely shrouded in shadow, and a single terracotta pot sits precariously on the balcony railing edge. Hand-tinting has been applied to the figures’ skin, the plants and sky. A vibrant blue has been added to the dress of the figure standing on the balcony. Hints of the terracotta tile roof can be seen at the top of the image. Framed in a wood frame with hits of gold detailing. Unsigned.

Condition: Excellent antique condition. The image is in excellent condition, with the frame showing very light signs of wear.
