Vintage Silverplate and Hammered Copper Lidded Storage Boxes, Circa 1930s-50s.
Art Deco Silverplate Box Produced by Poole Silver Co, Circa 1950s. The box features soft edges and squat reeded feet, the top surface is engraved with the names “Jean-John.” Cedar lined interior, likely intended for cigarette storage. Branded on the base underside “EPCA Poole Silver Co 1894”
Condition: Good vintage condition. Areas of wear present with silver finish loss, rubbing, and light denting.
Hammered Copper Lidded Storage Box, Circa 1930s. This squat square hammered copper box features ribbed details, applied paw feet and a small riveted handle at the center of the lid. The interior of the lid is lined in a deep red velvet. Handmade, unsigned.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition with light areas of finish variation. Original lining missing from body interior, but present within the lid.
