Vintage Incised Terracotta Lamp + Portmanteau Studio Handwoven Raffia Shade, Circa Mid-20th Century. The hand-thrown body of the lamp is bulbous in form at the base with an elongated neck, constructed from unglazed textured terracotta with two bands of incised grid detailing in cream along the neck. Stamped “Made in France” on the underside.
*Paired and sold with a natural woven + knotted raffia shade produced in-house by Portmanteau Studio.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition with minimal surface wear. Light natural variations within the terracotta surface. Shade is produced by hand, in-house using natural raffia.
