Antique Tramp Frame Mirror with Gold-Painted Medallions, Circa Mid 19th Century. Pine construction with a cross-hatch design, each corner accented with a hand-carved medallion crafted to resemble pleating. The wonderfully alligatored gilt-painted surface possesses a unique texture only gained over time. The antique frame was outfitted in-house with the mirrored panel. Unsigned.

Condition: Excellent antique condition, frame shows light signs of wear with surface variation commensurate with age and use. Recently fitted with mirror. One small area of loss to bottom of frame interior edge (as pictured). Does not detract from overall look.
