Vintage Scandinavian Terracotta Bottle Lamp with White Glazed Motif, Circa 1950s. Attributed to Zeuthen Keramik, well known for their use of white glaze repeating patterns applied on a red terracotta base. The body of the lamp is a bottle form with a repeated inverted arch detail applied in a raised white glaze. Mounted on a teak base, and shown paired with a molded plastic knife pleat shade.

Shade Sold SEPARATELY.

Zeuthen Keramik was founded in 1946 at Gentofte, near Copenhagen, by Normann Zeuthen. The workshop employed around 10-15 people at its peak. Edith Nielsen was the primary designer at Zeuthen responsible for this distinctive style which became the Zeuthen style.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Very light wear to shade.
