Vintage Large-Scale Pottery Orb Table Lamp with Incised Motifs, By Larry + Terry Brown, Circa 1970s. Wheel-thrown, bulbous stoneware form with an elongated neck and longitudinal bands of tightly swooping lines. Left unglazed with the pottery in its natural state, the incised designs are punctuated with a mixture of manganese and iron oxides for depth. Made in the 1970s by Larry and Terry Brown in Cascade Range of Western Oregon. Signed “Brown” near the base. Shown paired with a vintage conical linen shade.
