Vintage Carved Boot Sculpture/Vase with Cotton Laces, Circa 1940s-50s. This folk art carved boot form beautifully displays the natural grain of the wood, adding a sense of realism with real cotton shoe laces. Perfect as a sculptural accent, the boot is also fitted with a perforated interior as a built-in frog to hold dried blooms. Unsigned.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. A couple areas of surface abrasion and variation throughout. One small superficial crack near the rim of the boot (as pictured).
