Vintage Modernist Fossil Stone Bookends, A Pair, Circa 1970s. This sculptural pair is rendered in fossil stone in shades of gray and tan, with small fossils that can be seen throughout the pieces. Designed as a miss-matched pair, the set includes a split cylinder and an orb. Each retains a partial original foil label on the underside.
Condition: Great vintage condition. Minimal surface wear with only a couple minimal surface abrasions (barely visible) and one very small clip on the half-cylinder bookend (as pictured).
