Antique Folk Art Framed Farmhouse Painting, Circa 1920s. This naive oil work on paper board was likely rendered to represent an actual home. The structure features white clapboard construction with a small front porch and mint green trim. A few small boards can be seen on the ground as if to highlight the home’s recent construction. The background is left largely bare, with only a small picket fence to the left, and a hint of a small outbuilding to the right. Set within a dark stained oak frame. Unsigned.

Condition: Great antique condition. Overall wear commensurate with age. The paper board surface has areas of waviness and a couple small cracks (barely visible). Does not affect the overall look or stability or appeal of the work.
