Vintage Greek Cast Metal “Hermes” Pendant Necklace, Circa 1947. Greek revival in style, the patinated cast metal coin depicts the bust of Hermes (EPMHZ), Olympian god of transition and boundaries. Son of Zeus, Hermes is know as the god of profit and commerce as well as the messenger of the gods. The pendant is pierced and attached to the brass interlocking hoop neckpiece with a jump ring. Marked “NA 1947” on the backside.

Condition: Great vintage condition with fully patinated surface, light surface wear and finish variation.
